Tracking holidays: As payroll is run, it's important to keep track of what holidays banks recognize. Payroll runs are calculated using business days.
Off-Cycle Payroll Tool: Once in the selected company you want to run payroll for, navigate to: Pay → Run Payroll → Run Off-Cycle.
Employee login: Once complete, the employee can then navigate to your domain (e.g. payroll.[your-domain].com) and input their credentials to log in.
Upcoming Payroll Run: This box will display pending check information for an upcoming payroll prior to the last payroll run.
Processing payroll: The Partner/Employer and the Employer can begin processing payroll. Note: An employee’s bank account can be updated via WhiteLabel.
Direct deposit process: Below, we outline how our direct deposit process works, including payroll submission.
Debit return reasons: A debit return is when the ACH debit to cover a company’s payroll run does not fully settle with Zeal. The most common reason is insufficient funds (NSF) in the employer’s funding account for payroll. If this happens, pending and future NetPays will not be processed.
