#### URL Expired

The URL for this request expired after 30 days.

This endpoint provides a link for an employee to complete the appropriate W4 for the given jurisdiction.

**Note: you may only generate this W4 link if the employee has been onboarded.**

### Parameters

- **companyID**  
   *Type:* string  
   *Required:* Yes  
   ID of the Employee being updated

- **employeeID**  
   *Type:* string  
   *Required:* Yes  
   ID of the Employee being updated

- **jurisdiction**  
   *Type:* string  
   *Required:* Yes  
   Jurisdiction for W4 (can be "US" or any state abbreviation)

- **send_to_worker**  
   *Type:* boolean  
   *Defaults to:* false  
   If true, notification email will be sent to employee
